South Indian Coffee (KAAPI) Filter - Stone
Crafted in India by women, the Traditional South Indian style drip coffee filter is handmade and re-interpreted in Stoneware and cork for a modern twist.
The set contains a Top Cup, Bottom Cup, Press disc and two corks. Add ground coffee in the top cup and gently distribute and tamp evenly using the disc. Leave the disc in the cup, pour hot water and close with cork. The decoction (concentrate) will be collected in the bottom mug in 15 minutes. Store and Serve from the bottom cup.
